In an effort to improve the quality of VCH’s translations, the Language Services team requests the help of your professional lens to read one previously translated document, and to fill out the feedback survey on the quality of the translation.

The Urgent Primary Care Center (UPCC), the translation requester, has reached out to Language Services, and requested to have a patient survey translated.

Certified Translators are invited to read the translated version of the survey in both English and in your language, and complete a short survey by clicking the link. The link will take you to a “Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) Translation Quality Survey”, where we are seeking your professional feedback on the quality of the “UPCC Patient Survey” translation.

The “Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) Translation Quality Survey” contains 10 short questions and will only take 2-3 minutes to complete— no editing or proofreading of the translation is required! The language groups are: Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Farsi, and Spanish.

Participants will be entered into a draw for a $50 Amazon e-gift card once the survey closes.
